Advanced Satellite Constellation

Alliance customers will have access to imagery from the world’s most advanced high-resolution constellation of satellites. The constellation collects approximately 500 million km2 of high-resolution imagery per year, and provides intraday revisit for more rapid and reliable collection.

ImageLibrary

Our ImageLibrary is the most comprehensive and up-to-date high resolution imagery library in the world, with over 900 million km2 of high-resolution satellite and aerial imagery. The Alliance expects to provide complete coverage of the globe, updated at least annually.

Priority Local Tasking (DAF)(Q1 2010)

With the Direct Access Facility in Munich, Germany, the Alliance can utilize direct data downlinks to WorldView-2 allowing for Priority Tasking in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, taking into account real-time weather data to deliver efficient area collections, improved image quality with reduced cloud cover and same-day production and delivery.

Strategic Collection

The Alliance delivers the most relevant and current images by providing an updated collection of the areas of greatest interest to our customers, including the world’s major cities, airports, ports and harbors, oil basins, agricultural and environmental areas of interest.

Tailored Value-added Services

A host of value-added services are offered through the Alliance: Advanced image processing tailored to your requirements, including color enhancement, color balancing, orthorectification, mosaicing and tiling solutions. Decision-support services, including feature classification and extraction, digital elevation models, digital topographic model creation.

Online Delivery

The powerful Geospatial Cloud Computing infrastructure available through the Alliance provides easier, faster delivery of products. Our Web Services offer multiple implementation options and functionality including search and discovery, image delivery, data integration, authentication and security. All major OGC standards and most formats are supported for image delivery.
